Review: I waited to do my review to compare my consultation experience down to my post op visits, & I am very pleased. Dr. Rubinstein staff is superb in patient care/customer service; from Barbie, Lee, & my favorite Tucker! Very very pleased! Also my results were phenomenal! Dr. Rubinstein himself is VERY meticulous and precise in his work. He also has great bedside manner, & ensures patient is pleased with their work. (No I was not paid to write this review). Again I wanted to ensure my whole surgery process was completed before leaving it. Heck I even had my procedure rescheduled twice & office was more than accommodating. LONG STORY SHORT, come here! Worth the $! Save, invest, & get yourself right!

Adam Rubinstein. His staff is super warm, friendly and professional. The care I received was gentle and caring. His surgery facility is clean and sterile. Every step of my journey was reassuring with lots of care. Always a staff to get in touch with if I have any questions or concerns. My aftercare and follow up was extraordinary. Review: I’ve been monitoring Dr. Rubenstein work for several years. I could tell he was a professional, gentleman but I wasn’t sure what the “in person” experience would be like. Today was my first time visiting the office for my first surgical procedure consultation and my first impression is as follows:The office is clean and the decor is elegant from the moment you get out of the elevator. Penthouse vibes… well that maybe because you’re in the Penthouse! All of the staff members are Top-tier professionals who are happy to go out of their way to give the very best white glove treatment experience possible.Tucker, a spirited firecracker, operational staff member that sets the stage for what’s to come.Barbie, an AMAZING surgical coordinator that shares a story similar to mine. She made me feel like she was a friend giving me guidance and support.Barbie, Tucker and Dr. Rubenstein all made my experience as comfortable and welcoming as possible. All of my questions and discussion points were shared, and it felt like a true team effort, incoming up with the best plan of action for me. A completely custom plan and a completely Custom experience!My only critique is that I did wait in my private room for a little while before my consult started but I think I was just eager to the party started.
