She has an amazing ability to make you feel comfortable and calm. Having run a medical office for 10 years, I know that the front staff can make or break your office. Review: Dr. Brooks is the truth! Throughout my whole process he made me feel comfortable and gave me the results I ultimately wanted with my breast reduction. From day one to my initial consultation he made sure to adequately educate me on the entire process up until the day of surgery. Even after surgery, Dr. Brooks ensured to check on me and make sure I was well. Jessica - The Pre Op Manager is great. She goes above & beyond and made this process that was once nerve-wrecking and easy & calm one for me. Every question I had, both Jessica & Dr. Brooks were able to answer in confidence which reassured that my first ever surgery would be successful.
