Review: I am in the early information gathering stages for some "reconstructive" postpartum / post weight loss procedures and connected with Dr. Kachniarz through another practice. He has been so helpful with helping me to understand the pros and cons of each procedure, the aesthetic and functional implications for each, and setting realistic expectations. Through his training and lived experience, he seems to have a very good view of regional, national and international trends. He's also very conservative in his approach (which I think is a good thing) and quickly steered me away from a few roads that would not have a good ROI. I'm also very impressed with his general medical knowledge- I struggle with some other postpartum pain issues and he was very helpful in exploring the nerve / muscle connections in that region and I have a lot of confidence in his expertise, care and patient centricity. Will update if I end up moving forward with anything.
