Review: Dr. TorresI need to speak with you as soon as possible. A couple of months ago I had scheduled a surgery with you through Miami Lakes and they just called to tell me that they scheduled my surgery during a time that you are not even going to be in town and not only are they not wanting to give me my deposit back while being rude about it, but I also lose my money on my plane tickets and stay that I had scheduled for this time frame. I can’t afford to lose my deposit, the thousands that I spent on plane tickets and hotel stay just for them to tell me to “reschedule for another time” because I can’t now and they also said it was my fault for signing a contract. But who would have known that they were going to schedule me for a time that they knew you wasn’t going to be there to even do the surgery. My money I had planned for this entire process, is now wasted. And I just can’t see how this is acceptable. I called your office and left a voicemail with my phone number and I am hoping to hear back from you soon!

Review: There are soooo many reasons why I am not satisfied at all with my surgery I had in 2021 performed by Dr Torres. It’s botched! Despite flying all the way back to Miami back in 2022 to revisit Dr Torres in his office for possible revisions, he told me I had to pay for another surgery, didn’t even consider fixing my concerns. Looking at myself in disgust every day has me really depressed. At this point, I’ve decided to seek legal counsel.

Review: Dr. Torres was professional and made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands for my procedure. I recently had a tummy tuck and had the privilege to have it done at Mercy Hospital. It was a procedure I had always wanted to get but was very hesitant. This procedure is typically done at 3rd party facilities and it is a concern. Having it done at Mercy Hospital completely put me at ease. Having a sense of security, I was able to have the tummy tuck.. As a mother of 2, this has changed my life and how I feel about myself in ways I did not expect. Thank you Dr. Torres and Mercy Hospital!!!

Review: I had a breast lift/with implants and a tummy tuck with Dr. Torres. My breast look abnormal, the implant seems like it is sitting really low almost in my ribs. I have attempted to make a virtual follow up consultation, with no success. I have contacted Miami lakes and the number he gave me on his business card and nobody wants to contact him. I just need a fallow up.Update: As soon as Dr Torres saw my review he put a message that we spoke already. I can not believe the gall of this Dr. WE HAVE NEVER SPOKE, regarding my breast abnormality. He has avoided my calls has ignored my voice mails and will not talk to me. I am living a nightmare with his botched breast lift. He is a horrible surgeon and his customer care is even worse. I am convinced that I have lateral displacement of my breast, yet he refuses to give me a follow-up consultation. DON'T GO TO HIM he will botch you and then ignore you!

Review: I had my surgery done by Dr. Torres. He was able to get me in and scheduled extremely quick. His bedside manner is great and was very professional, in person. I liked my surgery but there were some issues that needed to be corrected and he said that they would fix them. His staff is not the most receptive and after having my surgery they are hard to get in contact with. I had to get some issues with my breast fixed due to my breast lift and augmentation, I was going through Dr Torres and his associate Dr Gonzales. I had my spot scheduled after finally getting and meeting with them. I payed my bill in full (since I am now getting Lipo) along with my corrections that need to be done on my breasts, and I go in for my pr-op apt the day before my scheduled surgery and I find out that the 2 of them are no longer at that practice. I never received a call and the girl scheduling all my stuff didn't even know anything about it. I called and text the number I have for Dr Torres and he has yet to get back to me and my scheduled apt was 2 weeks ago.Update: I received a text from Dr Torres receptionist saying he would call me tomorrow, and that was 7 days ago and yet no call or text. 🙁
