From meeting Joanna, the consultant who helped me with getting everything started ASAP, to the nurses who took good care of me, and Dr. lipo who did a great job on working on the reduction of my hips and butt. I love my results and recommend this team to all.

Review: My experience with this place was not as satisfactory as I thought it would be, I had a lipo 360 with Dr. Kim Le on Dec 2023 expecting to rid of my stubborn belly and just to be told the same day of the surgery that I had intra fat and I would not get the desired results!!! After I paid so much money! . The little fat she got from my back was transferred to my buttocks with no much of the difference and when I asked Dr. Le what happened she said " well I made some improvement " and then she and Johana engaged in an unnecessary confrontation to assure me that after all the swelling dissappear I would look nice! but It's been 8 months and sure enough I still have that hideous belly fat, after I went through the whole process of pain and discomfort!The whole process with this place was a headache since the first moment I paid to secure the surgery, I had to push to have the blood work done,and I was scared to see patients complaining about refunds and results but it was late to backup, it was Friday afternoon and the coordinator wouldn't call me to give me the time of my surgery that was scheduled for next Monday, seriously? I did all the follow ups myself! besides, they never gave me the 2nd faja I paid for and when I requested it! Johanna was supposed to mail it to my address in West Palm Beach but I never received it.Maybe I was just not lucky or didn't I do my homework choosing the right clinic but honesty goes a long way, and they werent, and this is my honest true!

Review: Update, after almost 6 months visiting after my surgery for additional treatments all I can say is if anything the service gets better. My A-team Ingrid Marilyn and John show ALWAYS a warm positive happy demeanor. They even ask me for my mom wellbeing after knowing she was not well there’s no day they do not welcome me asking about her.Everything resides in the small details and they have gone above and beyond caring for me. It took me several years to be able to get my surgery done and they were my first option, i visited several clinics but first impressions are real and they were the best choice I could have made.I hope the staff stay together for many many years visit them is a joyI am extremely pleased with all the staff from Evolution MD, excellent service from all. Dr. Ingrid, John at the front desk and nurses all are kind, respectful and extra professional. Will definitely return to them for the next procedure. Please keep up the good work.

Review: As a health care provider, my priority was safety. Dr. Velilla has excelled my expectations. The post op care is excellent! Evolution MD has the best post care after a surgery. To me this is crucial and extremely important. Everyone from the post care team ( Dr Ingrid and her team)., massage team (every single massage therapist), including the front desk, (Johnny) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care. I couldn’t have made a better choice. I am very happy with my results and for sure would not chose anyone else , but Evolution MD for cosmetic surgery.

Review: My initial experience was lovely. Johanna, the person who welcomed me explained the process, was amicable and polite and extremely informative. However, what she explained, didn’t go as planned. My doctor, Cesar Velilla was fabulous, I will admit. He was extremely professional and my results were beyond my expectations!The massage people, Juliet and Emily were the best workers in the entire clinic. Though the experience was painful, their professionalism made the massage a little less traumatic.Their customer service could use some revision. I am extremely disappointed with it. They NEVER picked up the phone and they never answered my voicemails. To date, they haven’t returned any of my voicemails. I had to text my coordinator in order to get my therapy and follow ups scheduled. I feel as though I shouldn’t have to go through multiple steps when a phone call should suffice.Overall my clinical experience was great, everything after that was not.
