Review: I’m going to be as upfront and honest as possible. Do not walk into the front doors of this office building. Do not interact with Wanda. She is a total incompetent liar. I am not the only one to discover this and put it into review. Seek surgery elsewhere again go somewhere else you are going to have complications, and while the doctors are very sincere and kind and attending, there is something wrong. Almost 2 years later, we are dealing with the same surgery and now have to have a reconstructive surgery totaling $15,000 cash upfront. We had to seek out the most experienced surgeon that we could find in Philadelphia. I wish I was not so naïve getting into this situation and it all started with Wanda. She says that she files forms with your insurance company and opens up a claim, she does not. She says that she forwards your claim to your insurance company. She does not. It constant lying and incompetence coupled with the malpractice of the surgery itself. These surgeons are not covered by medical malpractice insurance. Attorneys have told me they’re called frequent flyers, meaning that this happens all the time.Take care of your loved one go somewhere else and do not enter this parking lot whatsoever.
