Review: Dr. Stelnicki is such a sweet, gentle, fabulous doctor and I couldn't be more thankful to him for taking such great care of my 9 month old baby today. We are so blessed to have found this great surgeon. Review: My daughter had a small procedure done February 2021. Billing codes changed from estimate and bill to insurance was 10 times the amount going from about $900.00(nine hundred) to almost $10,000(ten thousand). Spent many hours working out billing situation from April 2021 through January 2023. I was told by a medical staff at the office codes should not change like they did. I even have a copy of the surgery booking sheet with codes from estimate being used, and the codes were still changed. It should not happen that way.The office staff is terrible, in 2021 and 2023, even with staff change and a staffer that's been there 20 years. They do not return calls and are only good at 'putting out fires' when patients are fed up with trying to get anyone to respond.The PA and Dr. Kamel are good and they take the time to answer questions. We only saw Dr. Stelnicki the day of surgery. Dr. Stelnicki skills are good. But the whole billing situation was a big struggle.

Review: Dr Stilnicky deserves way more stars. He has been a total blessing to my grandson, after 2 surgeries at NCH we had to urgently find another Dr. We were desperate! Even called NY and a very nice surgeon said look into Dr Eric Stilnicky in FL. We still have maybe, one more surgery left in a couple of years and we sure want him to perform it, won’t trust no one else. He has done 6 surgeries to date with Dr. Stilnicky. We are grateful, thankful and honestly there aren’t words to describe the kindness, professionalism of this magnificent human being. God Bless him and his family always. If you are looking for the best plastic surgeon you have found him. He’s a magician with cleft, palate repair, gums, lips in general “The Best” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review: Dr. Stelnicki is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and experienced; 1st class all the way, we are fortunate to have him caring for our daughter.The Ft Lauderdale office is not in par with his high level, however.Unfortunately the service you received from the staff is subpar. They forget to order equipment. Hard to reach people. You leave a message and they don't return your calls. One time we called that we were running 10 minutes late and they said that they would not wait because they had to go to lunch in 15 minutes. The front desk is not very friendly. The building itself looks neglected.

Review: I was referred here by my pediatrician for an infant head shape corrective helmet. Rose called my insurance and informed me that no preauthorization is needed and it's covered at 100%, so I move ahead with treatment. Lo and behold 3 months later I get a bill for $900, I call their billing department and I call my insurance and after hours on the phone the only one I can't get a hold of is Rose and everyone else tells me I should not have been misinformed about the coverage. Very disappointed about the misinformation.The staff at the practice otherwise was friendly and helpful, and my experience was otherwise good, but this surprise $900 bill (I even still have the voicemail where she said it's covered at 100%) is really frustrating.EDITED: reached out per the review reply by the office... no response.
